Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:

• To make an appointment to visit your premises to measure your windows/doors for blinds and/or curtains to provide you with a quotation.
• To make an appointment to fit any blinds and/or curtains ordered by you.

We may share this information with one of our suppliers in order that they can give you either an on-line consultation (Sails) and/or deliver an item (samples, awnings or canopies) direct to your premises

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep paper copies of your personal details and ordering information in a locked cupboard, for one year, then in a locked shed for a further six years, as per HMRC guidelines. This paperwork will then be securely shredded by a reputable company.

Your contact details and ordering record are held on our securely passworded computer accounts software indefinitely, in order that we can look up any previous orders.
